- Two cups of chopped onion
- 1 tea-spoon lemon juice
- 1 full eggs
- 3 tsp flour
- 2 tsp cornflour
- Chile sosses 1 cup
- 2 Teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 tsp of Ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder
- 4 tsp Soy sauce
- Oil, salt as needed.
Tale the chicken and mixed with Soy sauce, ginger, garlic, cumin and coriander powder, lemon juice, flour, eggs, and salt and keep that in fridge for 20 min.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat handled in 5 minutes.Once fried with chopped onion, pepper and cover with Gouraud and 1 cup of water for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes take 1 cup water and sauces mixed with Chicken.
